It is less than a week until the online poll to determine the winner of the 2017 Andrei Stenin International Press Photo Contest closes. Take a look at top seven most voted images and help to choose the best one!

The Andrei Stenin International Press Photo Contest is an annual contest for young photojournalists aged 18 to 33 organized by Rossiya Segodnya International Information Agency under the patronage of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO. It is Russia's only platform aimed to discover new young photographers and draw public attention to the challenges of photojournalism in today's world.

This year's contest received around 5,000 entries from 76 countries in four categories, including Top News, Sport, My Planet, and Portrait: A Hero of Our Time. Only shortlisted photos are eligible for the online poll.

Everyone can vote for the best photo on the contest's official website. The winner will be announced on August 7, 2017.

Stenin was a special correspondent. He was killed by shelling in Donbass in August 2014.
