Trump began his Sunday morning recalling the scandal over former Democratic National Committee Chair and former CNN contributor Donna Brazile leaking questions to then-candidate Hillary Clinton ahead of events during the Democratic primary. Emails to Clinton campaign chair John Podesta suggested that Brazile had made a habit of passing along questions that came her way, an example of what is widely perceived to be a much-too-friendly relationship between US mainstream media.

Far less friendly has been the media's treatment of Trump the Younger following the news about his controversial meeting with a Russian lawyer who dangled juicy information about his father's election rival. "Donald Trump Jr. Is an Idiot," "Donald Trump Jr. Stumbles Out of His Father's Shadow… " and "Donald Trump Jr. Embodies All the Worst Aspects of His Father's Presidency" are some of the headlines news of the murky, certainly ill-advised and possibly illegal meeting has generated.

Meanwhile, Chelsea Clinton, daughter of Hill and Bill, for some reason felt the need to come to her mother's defense on Twitter on Saturday to say "no, she wouldn't" have literally sold Chelsea to become president, as Fox New correspondent Lisa Marie Boothe said Saturday morning. Speaking about Hillary's obvious ambition, Boothe said she would have sold "her only child" for the chance at leading the US.
Not recognizing hyperbole, perhaps, the youngest Clinton popped up to insist that her mom loves her.
