LUHANSK (Sputnik) — The Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe (OSCE) registered 56 civilian deaths in eastern Ukraine this year, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) said Tuesday.
A total of 311 civilians fell victim to violence in the Donbas, 255 of them sustained injuries, OSCE SMM Principal Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug said at a media briefing on a visit to Luhansk.
