ST. PETERSBURG (Sputnik) — Libya's National Oil Corp. (NOC) Chairman Mustafa Sanalla will not participate in the meeting of the OPEC, non-OPEC Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee on July 24 in Russia's St. Petersburg, as he will leave the city on Sunday after participating in the joint technical committee, a source in the Libyan delegation told Sputnik.
"He's leaving tomorrow," the source said, refusing to specify if another Libyan official may represent the country on Monday.
The OPEC technical committee meeting is being held on Saturday and the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC) with other oil producers will take place on July 24 in St. Petersburg.
