WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — "Sean Spicer is a wonderful person who took tremendous abuse from the Fake News Media — but his future is bright!" Trump tweeted.

Spicer is expected to remain at the White House to help with the transition through August. Incoming Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci announced Sarah Huckabee Sanders will be promoted to be the next White House press secretary.
