MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia will be ready to provide mediation efforts in the resolution of the Qatar diplomatic row should it receive such a request, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
"We support the mediation efforts undertaken by Emir of Kuwait Sabah Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. If, within the framework of these efforts or in addition to them, the sides decide that Russia could also do something useful, we shall be ready to respond to such requests," Lavrov told the Rudaw television channel
