MOSCOW (Sputnik) – According to the Tolo news broadcaster, the incident occurred at 7:15 a.m. local time (02:45 GMT), when an improvised explosive device (IED) went off as the security official’s car was passing by.
Two children were among those who were killed.
Security services have not commented on the incident, and no group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
