WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — North Korea should not attempt to gain leverage over US President Donald Trump by threatening violent action, White House aide Sebastian Gorka warned in an interview on Tuesday.
"So this is bluster. This is nothing else except blackmail and we do not give in to blackmail and North Korea and the head of the North Korea’s Stalinist regime should not test this president," Gorka told Fox News.
On Tuesday, North Korea warned of physical action in response to new sanctions imposed by a resolution the UN Security Council voted on in response to Pyongyang’s recent ballistic missile tests.
North Korea said the new sanctions constitute a violent infringement of its sovereignty.
