WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Trump made his statements amid threats from North Korea as it continues to develop its nuclear and interballistic missiles weapons programs.
"We are going to be increasing our budget by many billions of dollars, we’ll probably be able to report that over the next week," Trump stated on Thursday. "We are going to be increasing the anti-missiles by a substantial amount of billions of dollars."
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un stated on Tuesday that he was considering an attack on Guam after Trump threatened Pyongyang with "fire and fury." Guam hosts multiple US military bases.
