WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — US aerospace corporation Lockheed Martin won nearly $22 million to provide engineering support to the Trident II (D-5) missile deployed on US ballistic submarines, the Defense Department said in a press release.
"Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co., Sunnyvale, California, has been awarded $21,858,842 for… Trident II (D5) missile deployed system support," the release said on Wednesday.
