According to the Dayton police report, Nicole Corbitt — the mistress — walked into the Young Lusain Funeral Home claiming to be the girlfriend of John Finley, the deceased. Shocked and outraged by the announcement, Jacqueline Finley — the wife — asked her to leave. Naturally, an argument ensued.
This is where things started to get a little… catty.
Though both women began to part ways following their quarrel, Corbitt reportedly punched Finley's daughter, Shyla Cooks, in the face as she was leaving the funeral home. That was when Corbitt, Finley, Cooks and several other women started fighting.
Despite attempts from workers at the funeral home to break up the scuffle, it was Finley, who broke out some pepper spray, that finally ended the cat fight. Though the distraught wife told police that Cooks' first punch was "unprovoked," the mistress wound up leaving with a swollen left eye.
With no arrested reported it is unclear if charges will be filed.
