US President Donald Trump denounced the deadly van attack in Barcelona, Spain on Thursday where 12 people were slain on Thursday and 80 were injured.

"The United States condemns the terror attack in Barcelona, Spain, and will do whatever is necessary to help," Trump stated via Twitter. "Be tough and strong, we love you!"

Catalan's Interior Minister verified 12 people were slain in the attack. About 80 have been reported injured and two suspects were arrested.

Other world leaders have joined Trump in supporting Spain following yet another terror attack. The UK "stands with Spain against terror," Prime Minister Theresa May said. Moscow condemned the attack, saying there's no excuse for such evil in this world, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
