15:44 GMT 24.08.2017 (Updated: 14:19 GMT 26.01.2018) Residents of Ratomka, Belarus, can now celebrate Halloween 365 days a year after one of their neighbors built a devilish estate for himself and decorated it with skulls and creepy creatures.
A newly-built house in Ratomka, a small town in Minsk Region, caused much ado in the neighborhood and online. The eerie building has freaked out the locals due to its satanic styling. The roof is paved with black skulls, horrendous hands stick out of the walls, and countless ugly devils guard the private property.
According to the locals, the owner of the odd house looked like an "ordinary businessman" but "with imagination," judging by his car customized with skulls.
The construction started almost 10 years ago but was put on hold and resumed only recently.
Many residents think the creepy house has already become a local landmark. Some of them are less tolerant and oppose what they consider to be "disgusting appearance" that chills them to the bone and have sent their complaints to local authorities.
