Four people died in a fire in a retirement home in the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk, East Siberia, a source in the city's emergencies services told Sputnik on Monday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The fire has been extinguished.

"Rescuers have removed three bodies from under the rubble. The death toll has reached four," the source said.

Russia's Investigative Committee said three people had been killed in the fire.
