An explosion has reportedly hit a train car in London's Parsons Green tube station, resulting in injuries, panic and stampede. Emergency services are responding to the incident.

The live video shows police officers, firefighters and medical staff working at the scene. It was reported that an alleged white container went off inside a car toward the rear of the train. Police have started treating the incident as terrorism.
