06:00 GMT 15.09.2017 (Updated: 19:31 GMT 19.10.2022) Zmey Gorynych, a dragon-like monster from ancient Slavic folklore, has come to life in Russia. The 15-meter-tall sculpture of a serpent with three heads that spit fire was erected in the Kudykina Gora Park in the Lipetsk region.
The gigantic Zmey Gorynych, made of a metal carcass and concrete by Ukrainian sculptor Vladimir Kolesnikov, has become one of the most popular attractions of the park exposition dedicated to Russian folklore creatures and fairy-tale characters.
