Life in the recently liberated city of Deir ez-Zor is slowly returning back to normal, as soldiers of the Syrian Arab Army continue to press on to liberate the rest of the province from the clutches of Daesh (ISIL/ISIS) terrorists.
Having endured a lengthy siege which lasted for 3 years, the people of Deir ez-Zor can finally start rebuilding their city as things gradually return back to normal.
The siege of Deir ez-Zor was lifted earlier in September thanks to a swift and relentless offensive mounted by the Syrian army aided by elements of Russian Aerospace Forces.
