Vladimir Lavrov and his furry friend Stiv from Pyatigorsk, Russia, took this video in December 2016 but released it just recently. According to the man, his dog is absolutely fine: The Siba Inu's winter undercoat is thick enough to keep him warm in such situations. The clip has gone viral across social networks in Russia; it has generated countless memes ever since.
