The Indian government has been struggling with traffic laws and violations of rules on the road are common. The problem is so acute that the country’s apex court had to recently intervene and proclaim a set of guidelines to reign in traffic offenders.
According to the Indian media, the picture in circulation was taken in Andhra Pradesh's Anantapur district. The picture is unusual for the Indian audience because the cops in the country have a very conventional image and they are not known for using such soft approach while dealing with offenders.
