Though walking across a bridge made of glass is already frightening, some architects in China upped the scare factor by creating a simulation in which the glass appears to crack as it's walked on — a cruel joke on those plagued by acrophobia.
The bridge, attached to the Taihang Mountain in China's Hebei Province, hangs about 3,800 feet in the air.
