User Sarah Kavanagh, who filmed the eerie video of screeching birds moving inland, wrote on Twitter that it seemed like "they know there's something big coming."
The devastating natural disaster was previously classified as a hurricane. According to local reports, hundreds of thousands were left without power across the country due to Storm Ophelia. At least three people were killed in separate incidents, Ireland's National Police announced Monday.
