According to the statement, another meeting of the trilateral humanitarian group comprising Russian, UN and Syrian representatives took place in Damascus, during which the sides summed up the results of humanitarian aid provided in October.
"In course of the trilateral meeting, it was pointed out, that oncoming rainy season can drastically worsen the humanitarian situation in the Rukban refugee camp (al Tanf, Homs province) inside the zone controlled by the US grouping force. So far the US command in al-Tanf has given international humanitarian organizations including the UN no access to the zone," the ministry said in a daily bulletin.
In October, there were 24 humanitarian convoys provided by the United Nations, Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), including six UN-ICRC, nine UN-SARC joint convoys, and 9 UN cross-border convoys, the ministry said.
Over the last 24 hours, 16 people have returned to their homes in Aleppo province, the bulletin added.
