Fifteen finalists competed for the title of the country’s hottest female buttocks during the annual pageant held on Monday night.
For the seventh time, Brazil's pageant for women with outstanding forms was held in Sao Paulo. Candidates with plump derrieres paraded before a jury of experts on November 7. The initial number of Miss Bumbum contenders, representing each of the country's 27 federative units, was whittled down by a public poll to 15.

Rosie Oliveira surprised pageant organizers as she paraded holding a national flag of her homeland with an inscription reading "Temer out" (a reference to the current Brazilian President Michel Temer) during the Miss Bumbum Brazil 2017 pageant.
According to the rules, the winner of the pageant receives 50,000 reals (around US $22,000) in endorsement deals and becomes an instant celebrity in Brazil.
On the eve of the finale in an interview for the contest’s official website, Oliveira said she was dreaming of a new Brazil without health, education and security problems.
