The incident reportedly occurred on October 15 when IndiGo flight 6E 487 landed in Delhi from Chennai. After alighting from the Airbus A-320, the passenger got into a heated argument with airline staffers over alleged mismanagement during the flight as the audio suggests. The airline staffer has alleged that Katyal abused them with obscene language.
Junior aviation minister of India Jayant Sinha spoke to the President of IndiGo airlines and has called for a detailed report on the incident.
