Brave and Bald Japanese Men Compete in Tug-a-War Contest With Their Scalps
17:11 GMT 20.11.2017 (Updated: 19:32 GMT 19.10.2022) Dozens of bald men gathered at a hot spring facility in Tsuruta City, Aomori Prefecture, Japan, on November 18, to take part in a hilarious event, where two participants stick a suction cup onto their heads with a rope attached to them. Then, each of them attempts to pull it off the opponent.
This unique game of tug-of-war is held by the Bald Head Club, which was founded in 1989 and has now roughly 65 members from across the country.
According to them, the main purpose of the event is just to have some fun and to "view baldness in a positive manner."
