MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Ignatius Chombo has appeared before Harare's Magistrate's Court on Saturday to face charges of fraud, corruption and abuse of power that allegedly took place more than a decade ago, the African News Agency (ANA) reported, citing court papers.
The ousted minister was a co-director of Harvest Net Enterprises (Private) Limited, with the cost of property believed to be stolen standing at $3.6 million, according to the agency.
