US-Led Coalition Uses Al Hasakah Camp in Syria to Train Militants - Russian MoD
According to the Russian ministry, a new armed group called the "New Syrian Army" is being forged under the supervision of US instructors from the Special Operations Forces. The US instructors allegedly announced that after the end of the training course the groups would be sent to southern Syria to fight against Syrian government troops.

Most of these militants come from Daesh and al-Nusra Front, with currently around 750 fighters from Raqqa, Deir-ez-Zor, Abu Kamal and the eastern territories of the Euphrates.
