The 44-year-old mum from Italy hit the headlines after splashing $467,000 on various cosmetic surgeries to look like a Barbie doll.
Nannette had her first surgery when she was just 21 and since then she’s had three boob jobs, a breast lift, lip fillers, Botox and veneers.
To maintain her “plastic-fantastic” look she uses semi-permanent make-up, hair dye, nail extensions and daily at-home tanning sessions.
In a recent Instagram post, Nannette showed off her body in just a skimpy bikini, leaving little to the imagination.
She has over 74,000 followers on Instagram, where she often bares her curves to excite her fans.
Many of the blonde bombshell’s followers shower her with compliments.
