"My team are now working hard to understand what happened and how these three people came to lose their life on the railway," Gary Richardson, police representative, said in a statement.

Three people died after they were struck by a train at Loughborough Junction, a station near Brixton, south London.
The bodies were discovered early on Monday and since then train services in the area have been delayed. The investigation into the incident is underway, with police trying to identify those killed.
