London police said "we are not aware of any serious injury" in a tweet, however British Transport Police report that "a small number of people have been treated at the scene" for injuries. Specifically, three people were treated on the scene while two more have been taken to the hospital, a London Ambulance spokesperson said.

"No serious injuries," the transportation police noted. "Enquiries continue but we do not believe this to be terror-related" at this time, the police added.
