09:39 GMT 02.01.2019 (Updated: 10:23 GMT 02.01.2019) A natural gas explosion hit a 10-storey residential building in Magnitogorsk, a city in Russia's Chelyabinsk Region, fully destroying 35 apartments and damaging 10 others on 31 December. The fate of dozens of people remains unknown.
The drone video reveals the full scale of the damage done to the partly-collapsed Magnitogorsk apartment building.
Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived on Monday in Magnitogorsk at the operational headquarters of the Ministry of Emergencies, created at the site of the incident, and personally inspected the collapsed building; 2 January was declared a day of mourning in Chelyabinsk Region for those killed.
