Happy Flamingo Chick Wants to Walk on Water
16:00 GMT 22.01.2019 (Updated: 16:10 GMT 22.01.2019) This clumsy little baby flamingo is happy that it’s found a tray filled with water - the tiny bird is so cheerful that its movements resemble a dance, or even a hopelessly sweet attempt at walking on water.
Flamingos are truly magnificent creatures, boasting glamourous pink feathers and long slender legs when they reach adulthood.
What's striking about their new-born chicks, however, is that just a week after having been born, the tiny feathered creatures are able to walk and leave their nests.
