WATCH Man Catch Fire in Philadelphia After Guard Allegedly Uses Stun Gun on Him
12:24 GMT 03.02.2019 (Updated: 12:33 GMT 06.08.2022) A man who reportedly refused to leave a Jim's Steaks restaurant in Philadelphia was dragged outside by two security guards, who used a stun gun on him, setting his leg on fire, witness Pat Tackney said, as cited by the New York Post.
Pat Tackney, an apparent eyewitness, uploaded the video of the incident on Twitter on February 2, saying that he "witnessed a man catch fire after being tased."
Philadelphia Police subsequently reacted to the footage, saying they were not contacted about the incident that allegedly took place outside the Philadelphia-based restaurant.
