Air hostesses provide a human touch on every flight, attending the needs of passengers and keeping people on board safe. Once known as stewardesses, they and their male colleagues are now known as flight attendants. Despite the fact that the job has a lot of stress and a heavy workload, the romanticised image of a smiling girl in a neat uniform still catches the attention of people.
