Former US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s former press secretary, Brian Fallon, who worked for her during her 2016 presidential campaign, is throwing his weight behind a move to sack US Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh from teaching at Virginia's George Mason University.
As soon as the George Mason student group “Mason for Survivors” launched a petition to remove Kavanaugh from his university role, Fallon, currently the executive director of the liberal advocacy group “Demand Justice”, purchased Facebook ads alleged to target anyone assumed to have ties to the George Mason University, The Huffington Post reported.
According to the Huffington Post, the Facebook ads were used to push viewers to sign a petition to boot Kavanaugh, and to push members of Congress to investigate his alleged sexual abuses.
“Brett Kavanaugh’s performance during his testimony in front of the Senate was a disgrace. His blatant partisan attacks and hostile behavior towards Senators calls into question his ability to serve as a fair and impartial judge. His conduct undermines the legitimacy of his decisions and the entire Supreme Court”, the Friday Facebook advertisement claimed.
“We’re calling on Congress to open an investigation into Kavanaugh right now”, the ad stated, while Fallon justified student attempts in a news release claiming that accusations of sexual misconduct raised against Kavanaugh during Supreme Court justice hearings in October and November of 2018 were credible.

Kavanaugh is set to lecture students at the university’s Antonin Scalia Law School next summer in the United Kingdom as a distinguished visiting professor, and the class is reportedly full to capacity.
Kavanaugh’s confirmation as a Supreme Court judge in October was complicated by multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, including by California psychology Professor Christine Blasey Ford, who referred to alleged abuse during their college years. Kavanaugh denied all claims and accusations. Another accuser, who came forward amid the hearing known under the alias 'Jane Doe,' later confessed to inventing her story.
