Queen Elizabeth II has joined British Prime Minister Theresa May and other world leaders for a ceremony to mark the 75th anniversary of the 1944 operation that took Allied troops across the English Channel to land on beaches in German-occupied France.
Later in the day, Donald Trump will make his first official trip to Ireland for a bilateral meeting with Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar in Shannon.
