Pro-independence supporters will travel from Seven Acres to the North Inch in the city centre via Newhouse Road, Crieff Road, Dunkeld Road, Barrack Street, Atholl Street, Kinnoull Street, High Street and Tay Street.
Organisers plan to gather as many as 20,000 pro-independence demonstrators.
