Patrick Air Force Base & Cape Canaveral Air Force Station said that the security check has not "determined" a threat to the military installation and its premises.
The all clear has been given for Patrick AFB. Security Forces, EOD and the Fire Department have determined there is no credible threat to the area at this time.

According to the US military, a bomb threat was reported at the Patrick Air Force Base and the entire facility was subsequently evacuated. Local authorities launched earlier an investigation into the incident.
A bomb threat has been reported for Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. The immediate area was evacuated for safety. Security Forces, EOD and the Fire Department are currently on scene investigating.

Earlier on Friday, a Saudi national who was an aviation trainee killed three people before being shot dead at nearby Naval Air Station Pensacola in Florida.
The brutal killings and the bomb threat at neighboring US Air Force bases in Florida comes on the heels of another deadly shooting at a US naval facility in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
Earlier this week, a gunman, identified as a sailor at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, killed two civilian staffers and wounded another before turning the gun on himself.
