13:48 GMT 04.04.2020 (Updated: 14:53 GMT 04.04.2020) According to Russia's Health Ministry, the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the country currently stands at 4,731, with 43 deaths.
Russia will produce 500 coronavirus ventilators in April, 2,500 in May and 3,000 in June, the country's trade ministry said.
"We have managed to boost and develop the production of ventilators in Russia...In April, we will produce about 500 ventilators, in May we expect to produce 2,500 ventilators, and 3,000 in June," first deputy trade minister Sergei Tsyb said.
This comes as the country has reported more than 4,700 cases of the coronavirus infection and 43 deaths.
