Owl City: Happy Hooter Feels at Home Walking Around Apartment
11:00 GMT 13.05.2020 (Updated: 19:39 GMT 19.10.2022) Owls live almost everywhere, including deserts, steppes, mountains, sea coasts and forest zones. Now that so many animals are making urban inroads due to this year's lockdowns, is it any surprise that this nocturnal bird has made its nest in an apartment?
The size of an own depends on the species; the smallest weigh no more than 80 grams, while the largest weigh up to four kilograms.
This owl was spotted burrowing in a residential flat with his white friend, perhaps having taken to heart the "stay at home" messages that have been broadcast around the world amid national lockdowns and quarantines launched in response to the coronavirus.
