New York has moved to ease some of the coronavirus-related restrictions, allowing people to assemble in groups of up to 10 provided they keep distance from others. The move comes amid a decline in the death toll and the number of hospitalisations in the city.

Sputnik is live from the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange after being reopened for traders following the governor's decision to ease certain lockdown restrictions.

Only a quarter of traders are allowed to return to the exchange and are required to maintain social distance and wear protective gear, while the rest of the traders will continue carrying out NYSE operations remotely.
