A power outage hit several areas of Upper Manhattan in New York City on Friday morning, Con Edison, the city's main power company said.
We are aware of a brief service interruption in Manhattan this morning. We are investigating it.

According to officials, more than 119,000 customers have been left without power.
The latest power outages took place in the Upper West Side, Harlem and Upper East Side neighbourhoods, Con Ed's outage map shows.
This comes after at least 1.3 million people were affected by a major power outage caused by storm Isaias earlier this week.
Residents have taken to Twitter to report power outages in their area and urge the power company to fix everything as soon as possible.
Hello. We’ve been without power since Tuesday. How about you investigate and deal with that?
