Ship Catches Fire at Berth Near Azeri Port - Photo
BAKU (Sputnik) - A ship near Azerbaijan's port city of Baku went up in flames on Wednesday while being dismantled, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
"The Ministry of Emergency Situations’ crisis management center was informed about a fire aboard a ship that was being broken up at a berth in the village of Hovsan," a statement read.
Firefighters from the ministry's fire protection service were called to the scene, the ministry added.
