A train has derailed in Egypt’s Qalyubia Governorate in the vicinity of the city of Behna, according to local media reports. The earliest reports suggested that the incident had killed 32 people and injured more than a hundred. Twenty amublances were later rushed to the site of the derailment.
On Thursday, a passenger train derailed in the northern Egyptian province of Sharqia.
In late March, two trains collided in the southern Egyptian province of Sohag, leaving at least 19 people dead and 185 more injured.
