The Iron Dome has repelled over a dozen rockets fired from Lebanese territory into Israel. In response, the IDF fired three bursts of artillery fire into southern Lebanon. Just hours later, Israel conducted airstrikes on several positions in southern Lebanon.The IDF stated that the airstrikes were against "infrastructure used for terrorism".
