US District Judge Lewis Kaplan dismissed on Tuesday the civil sexual abuse case against Prince Andrew after an estimated $16 million settlement was reached with his accuser, Virginia Giuffre, according to the court filing.Earlier in the day, the sides officially signed an agreement to drop the case.The Sun earlier reported that Prince Charles would lend his brother money for paying part of the multi-million-dollar settlement. US District Judge Lewis Kaplan dismissed on Tuesday the civil sexual abuse case against Prince Andrew after an estimated $16 million settlement was reached with his accuser,
Virginia Giuffre, according to the court filing.

“Plaintiff Virginia Giuffre and defendant Prince Andrew, Duke of York, hereby stipulate to the dismissal of this action, with prejudice,” states the one-page letter filed Tuesday in Manhattan federal court.
