North Korean leader Kim Jong-un personally observed the test-firing of the country's "new type" of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, the Hwasong-17, earlier this week, according to a report by the state KCNA news agency.KCNA shared some photos from the event. North Korea first demonstrated its large Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, the Hwasong-17, in 2020. According to South Korea's military, the range of the latest launch was estimated to be 6,200km which confirmed the DPRK claim.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un personally observed the test-firing of the country's "new type" of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, the Hwasong-17, earlier this week, according to a report by the state KCNA news agency.
