
"The shipment of grain, which began with the departure of the first ship from the Odesa port of Ukraine on August 1, 2022, continues safely and routinely. To date, the volume of grain transported from Ukrainian ports is 1.043286 million tonnes," the ministry said in a statement.
"Establish that: citizens of the DPR, LPR and Ukraine: have the right to temporarily stay in the Russian Federation without limiting the terms established by the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 'On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation,' subject to their passage in the manner and terms determined by this Federal Law, mandatory state fingerprint registration, photographing, as well as medical examination for the presence or absence of the fact of use of narcotic drugs," the decree read.
"The radiation situation at the ZNPP remains normal. Monitoring of the technical condition of the NPP and ensuring its functioning is carried out by regular technical personnel. The Russian specialized military formation protects the external perimeter of the station. There are no heavy weapons in the area of the NPP," the ministry said.
"The fifth and sixth power units are in operation. They are not working at full capacity. Electricity is supplied to both sides of the Dnieper River," spokesman for the regional administration Vladimir Rogov said.
"Over the past day, artillery units of the armed forces of Ukraine fired at the territory of the plant three times. A total of 17 shells were fired, four of which hit the roof of the special building No. 1, where 168 assemblies with US nuclear fuel from WestingHouse are stored. Another 10 shells exploded 30 meters [98 feet] from the dry storage facility for spent nuclear fuel and three exploded in the area of the special building No. 2, which houses the TVEL new nuclear fuel storage unit and a solid radioactive waste storage facility," the ministry said.
"Work on grain shipment in Ukrainian ports continues. As of this morning, three more ships with grain cargo departed from Ukrainian ports," the ministry said on Twitter.
