A magnificent and massive Hindu temple has been inaugurated in Dubai's Jebel Ali Village, becoming a new architectural wonder of the emirati city.
The compound was much anticipated by the 3.5 million Indian community, as its construction took almost three years. The astounding temple houses idols of 16 Hindu deities including Shiva, Krishna, Ganesh and Mahalakshmi.
The building blends traditional Hindu and Arabian architecture motives, with a giant 3D-printed lotus unfurling across the central dome.
