"You can't say that. It's unprofessional to say that. because capacities are different," Peskov said in an interview with the Izvestia newspper, answering whether it was possible to say that the TurkStream would replace Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 that require repair.

"First of all, we call for compensating for the damage caused to Afghans during the years of occupation and unfreezing the illegally blocked Afghan assets," the Russian president said.
"In order to achieve a broad consensus on the Afghan issue and take practical measures at the global level, we propose to consider the possibility of a joint appeal by Asian countries to the UN General Assembly with the initiative to form a high-level international negotiating group to prepare and agree with the Afghan authorities on an algorithm for the phased fulfillment of the obligations of the parties," Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
"We believe that the global security architecture should be redesigned based on a new understanding that is more fair and equitable," the Turkish president noted.
